SOLD: BLUFFTON BOJANGLES DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY

The Jay Company is pleased to announce the sale of the Bojangles Bluffton at a 6% cap for $2,700,000. The transaction closed on February 23, 2018.

The Jay Company completed the development of the property in November 2016. You can read previous local media reports about the development from Business in Savannah and The Island Packet.

It is the first Bojangles restaurant location in the area.
